15 Minutes Walking, 15 Minutes Boxing. Phoned it in on the boxing, trying to keep my core really stable so it doesn't piss my back off more. Got a bit worse yesterday just from the brisk walk Monday morning. But Day 3, got a week bit sweaty. I’m taking that as a win. ;-)
