Day 14/100 Gettin Healthy — One (big) cheat meal = 50% of a week.

Every day for 100 days I will do a check in on the basic things Im doing to get my weight back to where I want it and get strong enough to get into KiteBoarding!

Weight 231.2 Pounds — As predicted yesterday and echoing last week we’re not quite to new lows yet.

One big cheat meal with desert feels like it costs me half of a week. Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed without a new low. It sure doesnt track as useful or worth it in retrospect.

Food intake yesterday was on point. I’ve been leaning in to one big (healthy, high protein very minimal carbs, as many veggies as I want) meal, a power shake crammed w spinach, fruit, protein and some walnuts, and snacking throughout the day. Usually apples or power one bars. Its very rare that I’ll get HUNGRY but I am having to proactively manage food intake for energy levels. Were that one could subsist on coffee alone. ;-)

Water intake was good. Not quite 100oz but 80ish which is not horrible.

Need to do well today to make sure I see a new low on the FIFTH day after my big cheat meal!! Yikes.

That said, there’s no chance I don’t hit my Monthly Goal of losing 10 pounds so… lessons learned.
