Day 13/100 Getting Healthy — Tired. Sore. Winning.

Every day for 100 days I will do a check in on the basic things Im doing to get my weight back to where I want it and get strong enough to get into KiteBoarding!

Weight 231.8 Pounds — Down another 2.4 pounds in a day. Post cheat meal re-alignment can be kinda fun if you ignore that for 2 straight days I haven’t made a new low. If past is prologue though, tomorrow or maybe Thursday I’ll see a new low, than potentially a couple more days of lows. Last week’s drop was awesome after I hit new lows.

Only 1.9 Pounds left to my goal for this month. ;-) Easy peasy.

Food yesterday, Power Shake, a couple small apples and peanut butter, two GLORIOUS English muffins with peanut butter and jam. Carbs are crack cocaine. For real lol. And some popcorn. Looking back at it its not the best lol. But I wasn't hungry. Coming out of fasting the day before can be like that. And those power shakes are just FULL of the goods. Decent sized bowl of spinach crammed in there for eg.

Re the back. Can’t sit as much today. Need to ice more.

Water intake has been awesome. Instead of a full gallon I’ targeting 100 oz. Nailed that yest.

Today just feels like a grinding day. Up to speed. Pattern set. Maintain course.
